Welcome to a fairy tale world of art and romance at the castle-like historic landmark that is now headquarters to Claire Pettibone. Built in 1928 for noted muralist Anthony Heinsbergen (1894-1981), and designed by Curlett & Beelman in a Late Gothic Revival and Romanesque style, the bridal designer known for her vintage inspired wedding gowns carries on her artistic heritage by restoring the castle to its former glory. A dramatic arch and gold-leaf mirrored doors lead the way to the gown gallery filled with the designer’s collection of couture wedding gowns along with veils and accessories to complete the ensemble. French Empire antiques set the stage in the main showroom where brides and their guests delight and deliberate over which of the lovely gowns to select. Victorian dressing rooms offer ample room for clients to enjoy a private appointment. A must-see for any bride looking for that once-in-a-lifetime dress, and an enchanted experience to go along with it.
